A booking will not constitute a legal contract until it has been confirmed in writing by both client and the hotel, and any deposit requested by the hotel has been made and a receipt sent to the client. Thus, unconfirmed bookings are not guaranteed |

Cancellations must be made to the hotel in the First instance by telephone, and then in writing, the following cancellation fees will be levied:
Under One Calender Month before arrival date: Two Third's confirmed price of the stay.
Bank Holidays: On occasions where the accommodation carries full Entertainment Programme, Gifts, and premium staff cost, a cancellation charge of 100% will be made if accommodation is not re-let.
Any revenue received from the re-letting of cancelled accommodations will be deducted from the cancellation fees. |

Deposits are non-returnable. |

All prices are subject to change without notice up to 90 days prior to the arrival date unless previously conFirmed in writing. In the case of Government changes on taxation, no notice need be given, even if the booking is confirmed in writing. |

Payment for accommodation must be made prior to departure, unless a previous arrangement for the account to be sent on has been agreed in writing. |

Entertainment may be altered from the advertised or cancelled due to low numbers. |
