Booking Conditions:
A deposit is required for booking. Deposits can be sent in via post using a cheque or made over the telephone using a debit/credit card.

Holiday Cancellations: When cancelled rooms cannot be re-let, the management reserves the right to charge 2/3rds of the
total holiday cost for any consequential loss. Guests are therefore are strongly recommended to take out Holiday
Cancellation Insurance.
Room Allocation: We are unable to accept bookings for specific rooms numbers although we realise that many regular guests
have their favourite rooms. Therefore we will endeavour to meet individual needs but circumstances may arise, making this difficult.
In the event of any changes in financial conditions beyond our control these terms and prices may be varied subject to maximum
possible notice.
